Privacy Policy
Last updated August 13, 2026
1. Overview
This policy explains what information Anonivo ("we", "us") collects when you use anonivo.com and our number-verification service, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. By using Anonivo, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and password you sign up with (password is stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider; we never see or store it in plain text).
- Order data — the service/site name and country you request a number for, the resulting phone number, and any verification code that arrives, so we can display your order history.
- Wallet data — a ledger of charges and balance changes tied to your account. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves; once payments are live, that data is handled directly by our payment processor.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser/device information, timestamps) generated by our hosting and database infrastructure for security and debugging.
3. How we use it
- To provide the number-verification service you request.
- To maintain and display your wallet balance and order history.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To maintain and improve the reliability of the service.
4. Third-party processors
Fulfilling a number request means routing it to an upstream SMS-verification source. We don't publish which upstream sources power a given request — that's an internal routing detail, not something a user needs to see — but those sources only ever receive the minimum needed to fulfill the order (a country and a service tag), never your email or account identity. We also rely on third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication) to run the site; they process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
5. Data retention
We keep order history and wallet ledger entries for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
6. Your rights
Wherever applicable law grants you rights over your personal data — access, correction, deletion, or export — you can exercise them by contacting us at support@anonivo.com or via the Contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in (set by our authentication provider). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we can't promise it either — but we take it seriously and will disclose any incident that affects your data as required by law.
9. Children
Anonivo is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
