Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using anonivo.com ("Anonivo", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of service

Anonivo provides disposable phone numbers so you can complete SMS/OTP verification on third-party sites and apps without giving out your real number. Only features that are actually live are available for use — anything described as "planned" or "roadmap" elsewhere is not yet part of the paid service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Anonivo.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Anonivo:

• for any illegal purpose, including fraud, harassment, or the sale of illegal goods or services;
• to create accounts on third-party services in violation of laws applicable to you or to that service;
• to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the platform's rate limits or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and without refunding wallet balances tied to the violation.

6. No guarantee of delivery

We route each request through our number sources on a best-effort basis. Messages can be delayed, blocked, or never arrive for reasons outside our control — carrier filtering, a destination service blocking virtual numbers, and similar issues. We work to route around unreliable sources, but delivery is not guaranteed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens when a code doesn't arrive.

7. Wallet & payments

Anonivo is wallet-based: you add funds, and each number request draws from your balance at the price shown before you confirm the purchase. Prices vary by service and country and can change without prior notice, but never after you've already committed to a purchase.

8. Refunds

Refunds and wallet credits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Anonivo name, logo, and site content are ours. You may not copy, reuse, or represent them as your own without permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Anonivo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses from a verification code that never arrives or a downstream account action you take based on it.

12. Termination

You may stop using Anonivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the platform.

13. Governing law

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
